Oliver Lennon
CEO
Oliver is CEO and cofounder of Syndeo. He was previously founder and CEO of SpeechStorm, and has held various leadership positions at Genesys and Kainos plc.

Catherine Ewings
COO
Catherine is Syndeo’s Chief Operations Officer and is also a cofounder. Prior to Syndeo, Catherine was Head of Legal for EMEA at Genesys and VP of Legal and HR at SpeechStorm.

Alan Beck
CTO
Alan is a cofounder and Chief Technical Officer at Syndeo. He leads the product management, design and engineering teams. Prior to joining Syndeo, Alan led technical teams at Genesys and SpeechStorm.

Robert McGarry
CCO
Robert is Syndeo’s Chief Commercial Officer and leads sales and marketing. Robert was previously CCO at FlowForma and has held various sales leadership positions at a number of enterprise SAAS companies.
